This horror story begins in the Illinois State Penitentiary where Ralph Drake is about to be executed for murdering his wife. At his request, his brother, Don, sets out to try and clear his name finding the real murderer. He begins a search that will take him into a strange world where he can trust no one. Don will encounter Vera LaValle who warns him of a mortal danger because he is close to uncovering the plan of the - the Zombie Master a man called Varek. Finding out that his own brother Ralph as become a zombie, he tries to warn the authorities will they believe him?
